In Kent today - home of Dover and tens of thousands of illegal boat crossings a year - the @reformparty_uk Council Leader has declared an emergency. One that is impacting public services, community safety and at great cost to local people.
The Conservatives' response? To try and block it from being heard and then to walk out of the chamber, followed by every other opposition party who refuse to hear the truth.
Even so-called Restore (actually independent) Councillors wouldn't discuss it, and didn't vote for it. So much for their tough stance on illegal immigration!

An independent panel investigated. Found he wasn't racist. Recommended he keep his job.
The Department for Education overruled them and banned him anyway.

@Nigel_Farage How crap is it to hear that ex Reform councillors there that joined Restore, voted against the emergency with the Libs, Greens and labour. So because it was Reform putting forward the declaration they did this. Both were not voted in under that party and both should resign.
