Turns out, Biden’s council was nothing more than a smokescreen meant to distract from their NSBA scandal when AG Merrick Garland deployed the FBI against American citizens using their First Amendment rights at school board meetings.

We discovered that the Biden administration wanted - shocker! - no input from conservatives in creating his lefty “parents council.” And after stonewalling our documents request for more info to prove the collusion, we sued them again.

In a (temporary, procedural) victory--in a case that should never have been litigated--Kansas CAN continue to restrict bathrooms by sex. Douglas County judge McCabria wrote that the “vast majority” of state residents were kind and tolerant people, implying that bigoted discrimination was a rare occurrence: "[T]he very paucity of actual examples that either side has put forward in any of the arguments suggests the opposite — that the vast majority of Kansans are tolerant, understanding, accepting and generally supportive of each other and that the vast majority of transgender persons have experienced this as Kansans."

Just spit balling here but if I was running an opp against evangelical Christians, I would take one of the greatest evangelical disciples for Christ of our time and say he wasn’t actually an evangelical Christian he was converting and that you should ignore his pro Israel advocacy for his whole life because really he was anti-Israel.

BREAKING: A unanimous 9th Circuit just ruled that first graders have First Amendment rights at school. A 6-year-old was punished for giving a classmate a drawing about Martin Luther King Jr. The court said this violated the student's free speech rights.

Today, the ABA dropped its investigation into St. Thomas Law after we denounced the inquiry as discriminating against the school’s religious values. The law school will remain accredited. This is a great result, but the ABA’s accreditation monopoly must end.
