I started a job in October and the last week or so, these cramps have started up again. My current situation is worse than when I was doing a PhD and that just boggles the mind right now. Changes need to be made.

I had really bad anxiety as a 10-year-old, constant stomach cramps. Naturally we didn't know what was going on because I didn't have the words and the 90's didn't really know about mental health.
