Update on my dispute with @DKSportsbook. So far they have given me boilerplate responses which do not address my main complaint and these responses seem to reinforce my position that they do not understand what my actual argument is. They sent me a support response which reiterated that bonus bets cannot be broken up into smaller wagers. Yeah, no sheet! That's the issue. You awarded me $50 bonus bets but won't let me bet them because $50 is just too rich for DK. They also reiterated that I am limited but they cannot disclose how or why my limits are applied so every attempted wager is a frustrating guessing game. One thing to note is that when they deny me the right to use their bonus bet, there's a message which says "Stake Amount Too High". A bonus bet by definition HAS NO STAKE AMOUNT. On one bet their software got so confused it thought I was wagering a negative amount 🤡 Hey DK, if you're going to congratulate me for winning a contest, is it too much to ask that I be able to use the award I won? I have already filed a formal complaint with @AzGaming. Let's see where this goes cc: @robpizzola
