Milk and honey or ice cream is the perfect “meal” to have late at night (if necessary) Minimal residue and easily digested, does not end up stalling and fermenting in small intestine and requiring digestion at night while sleeping Especially important during small bowel fermentation recovery

@_9th_Life_ This is a good question. I'm currently battling a shoulder thing and strained quad so taking the stack. Was thinking of just cycling it throughout the year if not injured just for upkeep
