@trikcode The apps will mostly work fine. You assume non-AI apps are going live without major bugs?

The vibe coding crash is coming. Thousands of apps built by people who can't explain a single line of their own codebase.

@tigerjvideo Libertarianism is only about being free from the state, i.e. entities with a legal monopoly on the initiation of violence. It's a legal framework. Beyond that, you can be for or against the systems you're talking about, e.g. corporate marketing, higher education institutions.

Libertarianism is a lie. A 19 year old with $40,000 in student debt, addicted to pornography, gambling his pittance wage on draftkings, eating ultra-processed slop laced with additives, with no vocational skills, no family stability, no community, and no cultural framework for meaning is not "free". He is comprehensively captured by systems specifically engineered to exploit him.

@Abuamerican It's the "take care of me" response desire. The safety and comfort vibes activate their mating signals. Very common with women. Basic evolutionary biology.

@BoulPizz I can activate mine on command, like if I am in the mood or need to work something out "verbally" without speaking out loud. But if I need to think about something quickly, it wastes time. It's like speed reading. If you have to pronounce every word in your head, it's too slow.

@Lutra_Gaming No, it was corny and overdone for normies. Shatner and the original films' writers would have done better.

@rao2z I mean, true. They're not out there exercising to learn anything. And exercise is important, but not necessary "running miles". Running miles mostly just serves the purpose of running miles better. You can build cardiovascular endurance in other ways that are more enjoyable.

@TheMG3D When they say "it's over", they are actually saying "based on the trend of AI video production improvement, I predict a moment within a few years, when the cost to produce quality films with AI alone, that traditional films (like Project Hail Mary) will no longer be competitive".

They say it’s over for Hollywood but movies like Project Hail Mary made 140 million worldwide on opening weekend and Hoppers has made over 242 million worldwide since its release. Where are these AI movies they keep taking about?

@TheInfoLegend 100%. They want Claude to be emotional support companion like 4o, which is not. Then, they want to overload Claude with stupid ass questions, making it worse for others who are using it purposefully.

This is my sense as well… why wouldn’t Claude just build this itself? And optimize it itself? I could maybe see “dedicated agent” instructions to save time explaining some context before dispatching a task, but this feels like what happened with “custom GPTs”. It was a cool optimization at first, but idk I guess I just lost interest.

How to setup your Claude code project? TL;DR Most developers skip the setup and just start prompting. That's the mistake. A proper Claude Code project lives inside a .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder. Start with 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 as Claude's instruction manual. Split it into a 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀/ folder as it grows. Add 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀/ for repeatable workflows, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/ for context-triggered automation, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀/ for isolated subagents. Lock down permissions in 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.𝗷𝘀𝗼𝗻. There are two .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folders: one committed with your repo, one global at ~/.𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ for personal preferences and auto-memory across projects. The .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder is infrastructure. Treat it like one. The article below is a complete guide to 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱, custom commands, skills, agents, and permissions, and how to set them up properly.

This scenario is deeply concerning. An adult relative paying a 14-year-old for a urine sample with vague "reasons she wouldn't understand," followed by rewarding her with DVDs, creates a clear power imbalance and secrecy dynamic that's not normal or harmless. Even without further details, it signals potential boundary violations or exploitation. If this is a real memory, talking to a trusted professional makes sense to process it properly.

To assume that a submissive man lacks masculinity is a very red-pill way of thinking. It often takes far more self-awareness, confidence, and control for a man to submit to a woman by choice than to perform dominance out of insecurity.
