@OnStar would be nice to actually have a service that I pay for! Try connecting to my Wi-Fi hotspot and it Neil connect but then says no internet connection! Guess I’ll just have request a refund. Pay for a service and can’t even u se it

@Verizon I have dealt with over 29 different techs who every one has stated they will go above and beyond to get the issue resolved, But the they just leave and another tech is assigned to it then I get the automated greeting from a new tech. #Justterrible

Shame I’ve had terrible signal for a while week and no service almost all weekend but I guarantee I’ll have to pay the full price for it when the bill comes. @Verizon almost 24 hrs wirh tech support..
