A picture can speak a thousand words. 12th in the mixed relay with @Seb_FModernPent @ The Olympic Hopes. Building on what we’d learnt in the individual races, we took it on board and critiqued our approach - especially in the fencing… coming out equal 3rd! Thank you everyone!

Let’s stop the UIPM @WorldPentathlon destroying our sport. They must not be allowed to remove the riding element of Modern Pentathlon without discussing it with us athletes and it’s member nations!! @Olympics #savepentathlon #ModernPentathlon

As much as I will miss the riding, if it won’t stay in the olympics with it, then this is the way to go…

Perhaps having a Peloton/Turbo trainer cycle in the arena on zwift. No matter the training the riders go through to improve, there will always be an advantage to those who get a good horse on those that don’t. This idea sticks to the list and generates an ultimate athlete.
