@united oh buddy. I am grumpy at you. One minute late to PRINT my bag tag at the very very empty @BHMAirport and y’all deny me boarding.

@united This all seems so unnecessary. I checked in last night, said I had a bag. I was trying to print my tag when I was told I missed the cutoff & got rebooked. I get rules y’all. The level of inconvenience here .. this is not a large airport.

Chicago requires 48 hr notice for entry unless in emergency situations. Repeatedly this has not occurred. I’ve complained about it and clearly doesn’t seem to matter.

Ugh. I don’t get how a company like @FultonGrace doesn’t understand proper notice of entry. I got an email at 4:39pm that tomorrow between 8am and 3 pm a technician would be showing up. It was not requested by me and is not an emergency.
