NEW: A Trump-appointed judge has rejected the RNC’s claim that some GA counties violated the law by accepting in-person delivery of absentee ballots over the weekend. The claim "does not withstand even the most basic level of statutory review and reading comprehension," he said.

I missed that none other than Ty Cobb, previously DJT's attorney, weighed in as amicus. Cobb et al had some pretty devastating words for the RNC!

I mean, what the RNC was asking for was basically a time machine. In a lawsuit filed on Nov. 3, they asked the court to "prohibit" actions taken on Nov. 2. courtlistener.com/docket/6933971…
