KIND advice, please. In June, an older @ALLSTATE driver hit me in the rear & was found at fault by the police. He jumped out of his car, yelling at me. Later, before the police came, he put his arm around me & stated that we should just let let our own insurers pay for damages.

@dank_game @Allstate Dang! That's awful. Yeah, it's hard to understand why @Allstate Doesn't just do the right thing. If I take them to court in South Carolina, it will cost them tremendously. SC jurors are known for having no tolerance for insurance companies who don't do the right thing! SMH

@Sheugs @Allstate @allstate approved my homeowners claim, then found "new evidence" to deny my claim when I excersized my right to use my own contractor. I'll pray that you win millions, @allstate doesn't care about thier customers.

If I take @allstate to court, It won't be small claims. But companies like @Allstate Should just do the right thing! I was hit. I was yelled at & intimidated. I was touched. I have spent dozens of hours already filing, answering emails and following up. #whypeoplesue

I’m incredulous that Allstate decided to take the report of the driver over the officer who witnessed it via cctv! I’m a bit po’d. #DoTheRightThing

@Emmalines_Mom makes a good point, If you're in an accident, hit record on your phone as you get out of your car. While there is CCtv, it doesn't have the audio of the @Allstate driver yelling at me Putting his arm around me But not what he said. #turnthemicon #dotherightthing

It's not who this driver knows, It's how @Allstate does business. They insisted I register on their website to receive updates. Then the website NEVER worked. Communication D-

Bottomline Their driver was at fault. @Allstate should just do the right thing and pay.

Basically, @Allstate stated that they believed their driver who hit me from behind, Over the officer who viewed the footage, assigned guilt to the @Allstate driver, and my statement. #badfaith

They will deny you every time! You have to regroup with your insurance company and fight this! It is obvious the other driver was at fault!
