I hit almost every goal I set this year
That's never happened before.
Not once.
For years I was the guy who set ambitious January goals and abandoned them by March.
Here's what changed:
Most people feel like the year flew by.
That's a symptom, not a fact.
Time doesn't fly.
You just weren't conscious for most of it.
Scroll reels for an hour, feels like 5 minutes.
Sit in silence watching a stopwatch for 5 minutes. Feels like an hour.
The difference is awareness.
When you make the unconscious conscious, time expands.
My system for setting/hitting yearly goals now is stupidly simple:
1Define the output goal (revenue target, physique, skill etc. )
2Reverse engineer to monthly KPIs
3Break those into weekly KPIs
4Break those into daily inputs
Then track everything.
Tracking creates awareness.
Awareness creates time.
Time creates results.
Here's a challenge for the first 10 days of January:
Do a brutally honest time audit.
Every 20 minutes.
What you ACTUALLY did.
Then feed it into GPT and run this:
You are a productivity strategist and behavioral analyst. I'm going to provide you with my time audit data from the past [X] days. Your job is to analyze this data with brutal honesty and identify patterns I'm likely blind to.
ANALYZE THE FOLLOWING:
1. TIME LEAKS - Where am I bleeding time without realizing it? - What activities take longer than they should? - What "quick" tasks are actually eating significant chunks of my day? - Identify any task-switching patterns that are killing momentum
2. PRODUCTIVE WINDOWS - When am I doing my highest-leverage work? - What times of day show the best output-to-time ratio? - Are there patterns in when I start vs when I'm actually productive? - What conditions (time, environment, prior activities) precede my best work?
3. ENERGY PATTERNS - When does my energy peak and crash based on activity patterns? - What activities drain energy disproportionately? - What activities give energy back? - Am I doing high-cognitive tasks during low-energy windows?
4. GOAL ALIGNMENT - What percentage of my time goes toward activities that directly move my core goals forward? - What am I spending time on that has zero ROI toward my stated objectives? - What important activities am I consistently avoiding or under-allocating time to?
5. HIDDEN PATTERNS - What patterns exist that I probably haven't noticed? - Are there any correlations between certain activities and productive/unproductive days? - What story does this data tell about my actual priorities vs my stated priorities?
6. RECOMMENDATIONS Based on this analysis, provide: - My ideal day structure based on MY data (not generic advice) - Top 3 time leaks to eliminate immediately - Top 3 schedule changes that would have highest impact - Specific time blocks I should protect for deep work - Activities I should batch, delegate, or eliminate entirely
BE BRUTALLY HONEST. I don't want validation. I want to see what I'm missing. Here is my time audit data: [PASTE DATA] My current goals are: [LIST YOUR KEY GOALS]
You'll be disturbed by what you find.
But that discomfort is the raw material for building a system that actually fits YOU.
Not some guru's morning routine.
Hope everyone has a blessed new year.
SET DELUSIONAL GOALS
Then go out and fucking achieve them.

@BastienL4N Mais strictement personne ne sous estime la Chine sur le plan technologique et commercial et surtout pas l'Occident. Vous étiez où ces 15 dernières années ? Dans une grotte ?
