@DalyDee___ Don’t expect to be profitable on Meta at scale Understand that it is a customer acquisition platform now and it’s up to you to make profit from that customer after you’ve e acquired them Choose your product and business model accordingly

My OpenClaw ships banger ad briefs while I sleep. Production-ready briefs. Scored. Validated through a QA skill tree. And I am going to show you how to set it up in return for a little bit of clout Here's what's actually running while I'm asleep. OpenClaw has a skill graph. Three AI agents connected in sequence — each one feeds the next, and nothing moves forward until it passes. The first agent is pure research. It's scraping the Meta Ad Library pulling 5–10 active competitor ads, extracting repeating hooks, mapping visual patterns, documenting copy structures, and analysing CTA approaches (offer vs urgency vs curiosity). At the same time it's running Golden Pain Extraction — pulling verbatim emotional language from Amazon 3-star reviews, Reddit threads, TikTok comments on competitor videos, and customer service logs. Not summaries. Exact words real customers used. Each pain gets tagged and mapped to one of the 8 Life Force drives. Then it runs an asset audit — lifestyle product shots, founder content, UGC, testimonials, before/afters. Everything gets catalogued. All of that gets compiled into a research document. Competitor analysis. Golden Pains mapped to LFE8. Dream outcomes. Available assets. Recommended angles. That document feeds the second agent — the brief writer. It builds static briefs: 3 copy variations per brief, each with Headline + Subline + CTA. Left side: 3 USPs. Right side: Feature → Benefit mapping x3. Visual direction, do's and don'ts, product URL, primary image, drive assets — all included. It builds video briefs: 3 hook variations per brief, each broken into Text Hook + Visual Hook + Audio Hook + Why It Works. Then 3 full timed body scripts — [0–3s] Hook → [3–8s] Setup → [8–15s] Product → [15–18s] Proof → [18–20s] CTA. The 3-Second Formula is embedded at the writing stage. Second 0–1: Triple Stack (visual hook, text hook, audio hook firing simultaneously). Second 1–3: The Promise. Second 3–5: The Rehook. If the structure doesn't hit those timings, it doesn't get written. Every brief then hits the QA agent. This is where most of them die. Validation checklist: 10 Golden Rules scored out of 10. Minimum 7 to pass. Score below 7? It doesn't get sent to me. It gets rejected back to the brief writer with specific fix notes. Not a soft pass. A directed rewrite. The loop runs until it passes. Only when a brief clears every node does it hit my Telegram. 6 production-ready briefs. 3 static. 3 video. Validated hooks. Fresh angles built from real market intelligence. Ready for designer handoff → testing → iteration → scale. No docs opened. No prompts written. No hours wasted. I've scaled 50+ brands to 7 and 8 figures at MHI Media. I mapped the full skill tree — every agent, every node, every framework, every validation gate. Like + Repost + Comment "CLOUT" and I'll send it over. (Follow me so I can DM you) Screenshot not revelant but the last 30 days aint too bad.

Sorry this happened to you man - this is most likely a direct result of Shopify de-risking due to VAMP The problem is that when you process under a payfac, you don't own your account...you're just a small fish in a massive polluted pond The long-term, stable fix is moving your processing to a traditional payment processor who actually understands VAMP and doesn't just let anyone in - we do true underwriting and you get your own account that you control You'll have much more peace of mind and success - feel free to reach out

@shopify @harleyf Payments banned on a store with a 0.2% chargeback rate across 25,000 sales. How can this possibly be happening. What is wrong with your team. Do you not understand that people run actual businesses on your platform?

Introducing Mind A.I. — The NHB Platform’s built-in A.I. mentor. We built something insane inside the new NHB platform called Mind A.I. It’s trained on all my posts, comments, chats, and 500+ coaching calls, 5,000+ hot seats, 25,000+ fast feedbacks, and every major post from our private forum — all distilled into the most advanced digital marketing mind ever created... ...But not only all my training calls, but also every single thing any of our coaches ever did, and the coolest part? As we're always on top of the latest and greatest of what's working now, so it is too, always up to date with what you need to do next. Ask it anything and it goes to work: learn a concept, break down a strategy, tweak an ad, sharpen your copy, build upsells, fix a backend script — whatever you need, it helps you execute with clarity and speed. Here's a snapshot of us testing it out in terms of it's outputs where we asked it to tell us about the why what how ads model. Soon, you'll see a beautifully designed version that's not only super smart but beautiful as well. I can't wait to share this with all of you here, All for love of the game, Alen

Rev dipped like crazy yesterday 🤣 lowered the budgets since I wanted to fix the tracking issue and seems to be working all good now What do yall recommend btw? TW + Facebook & Instagram app on Shopify, or just Wetracked + TrueProfit? Currently using the latter. Roas also started shitting the bed, so yeah working on hitting another winning ad so we can scale back up again We’re pushing pretty TOF ads so once something hits, it’ll allow massive scale One creative is all you need to hit $50k+ days One thing yall should all do is to scrape all your comments, DMs, and customer emails and feed it to an AI That’s exactly what we did and pulled hella new avatars and angles, then yapped to GPT for different UMPs we can run Make sure to actually learn about the ingredients in your product. Don’t just ask AI to make a bunch of UMs without understanding shit about how ur product works, what makes it superior to alternative solutions, etc… you’re just doing yourself a disservice for not doing the basics Focus for the next few days will be around backend & getting my editor working asap At 100 followers I’m thinking of doing a write up on how we found this product, how we launched it, and how we plan on scaling it to $1m/mo

As a women in BD, you regularly get pitched for casual sex. This is a real problem. Here’s my experience and how I’ve coped 🧭 For the first 2 years, I wore my company t-shirt religiously like a military uniform. At a talk, during a pitch, or on the conference floor, you will never see me without it. It worked to a certain extend. As the message cannot be more clear - hi, I am here to work. HOWEVER - because I am Asian and we look young to the untrained eye, with my tech worker backpack, I was regularly passed over during BD events, or assumed to be someone unimportant at the company (I am the founder CEO). Once I even got ID-d. Another time hotel front desk flagged me when I walked in, trying to get valet parking - they must’ve thought I’m some confused high schooler who wondered in to the Ritz, where the event was held. It still didn’t block all contact. The most extreme case - I had someone who approached me, appearing to want a job. He went on to message me every day on TG and called every other, taking up 40-50 hours of my total time. Maybe even more. At first, I had thought this was just a high profile high maintenance engineer who really enjoyed sharing his life when recruiting - dog, plant, first tattoo, childhood best friend, mom dad ex girlfriend. And I was willing to invest to mentor and build a connection. It wasn’t until I saw his messaging thread with another girl who’s romantically involved with him a year later, where he sent the exact content, did it hit me that he was, in fact, trying to flirt with me. It was a huge waste of my time. After that, I started to enter more rooms with senior executives - Sony, Sega, Robinhood, etc. I realized that while very tech coded, looking like a high schooler was making me stand out in a strange way. We autists have a social sense too - just slow and very dull, but it’s there. I switched strategy. From there on, I always made sure any event I attended, I had a male companion with me. It’s either my own BD team @nostratbeststra and @Web3LooterBowen, or someone I’d borrow from a trusted team, such as BD leads from Soneium or Sei. Fortunately or unfortunately - crypto events can be very vibe-y. We once attended a beachside swim and hang with the Ethereum foundation. It was one of the best events at ETH CC hosted by @jchaskin. It was also prime grounds for guys looking at girls in bikinis and asking for ig accounts. Having a trusted contact in these cases usually helps. (@TatsuatTokyo from Soneium as seen in the photo!) Usually, after these bad experiences, I have a mini breakdown, where I feel a pang of fear and anxiety, and end up acting out in one way or another. Sometimes it’s an angry aggressive pitch to a trusted friend (“invest and wire RIGHT NOW” or “I need your analyst, DONT FUCKING CARE”), other times it’s finding a gay person in the room and clinging on to them tightly. In any case - it’s not fun. Alas, this is my experience. I don’t have a solution, but at least, I’ll talk about my problems. Happy December!

Back to doing 5 figure days $14k rev with $4.7k net. Net margin decreased by quite a bit but net dollars still went up Fixing issues with backend rn since I realized wetracked was not tracking properly and meta was over-attributing... I was tripling budgets since I thought we had an 8 roas lmao Always make sure to double check shit cuz when things seem to be going *too* good, it's probably not 🤣 Anyway, my partner is preparing a few ad briefs & getting it sent to our editor. Gonna try and push a concept a day, because the lack of creative diversification in our ad acc is preventing us from scaling, and our roas is starting to dip Also need to set up a solid post purchase email flow, hire a CS rep (since we're still replying to emails/comments/DMs manually with AI), set up personalized LPs for new geos we want to expand to, and start pushing statics. We're only running in-feed VSLs rn, so I think taking our winning ad and launching it as an on-page VSL with a shit ton of statics sending traffic to it is gonna cook so hard Will try and keep posting updates but got a long day ahead

@asingh7288 go through peter kell's vsl masterclass and stefan georgi RMBC to learn how to write hooks/leads and copy in general for production, just hire a $5/hr editor on upwork that can also source B roll, understand scene selection, and ideally worked with other DR companies in the past

Clocked in 7.4k yesterday at a 42% net margin Had our scaling ad rejected so our rev dipped down to 2k, to 1k, hence why the rev increased by 685% Emailed our rep and somehow our ad appeal worked 🤣 so we're back to scaling and will be hitting 20k days consistently again.
