@abalu_uthman I hold about 70 stocks. Only 1 of the stocks is about 20%

Structure your portfolio in such a way that no single stock can send you back to the village. Here is what I personally do, I always ensure no single company individual stocks takes more than 20% of my portfolio. Also, note that, I only invest in stable compounding machines not chasing the next best thing.
