David Hamilton's position as Scottish Information Commissioner has to be untenable after the appeal court ruling. He publicly attacked the SNP Govt in the run-up to an election calling the integrity of ministers into question. BBC Scotland platformed him and headlined his attacks.

A note on the Jordan Linden case. In 2022 I broke the story about Linden sexually assaulting a young man 3 years earlier. The SNP denied all knowledge until I presented them with evidence of a complaint being made.
Even after the original story broke they denied its accuracy.

There is still a glaring contradiction at the heart of the SNP's campaign messaging. You can count every SNP vote as a vote for independence. Or you can ask people to lend the SNP their vote to unite the nation against Farage. You can't with credibility do both.

Reform MPs abstained.
