Again, space-faring technology is considered part of national defense by most countries, including the US. If you want to be an astronaut, tell your country to build up its space agency. If you're not an American, NASA is closed.

@HLC_actual That's unfair to Mamdani. The state government wouldn't allow him to even implement his income tax plan. It's entirely possible that his policies could have been covered by his tax plan had they allowed it to be implemented.
