Gay surrogacy and gay adoption are predicated on the idea that gay men (or women) have a “right” to become parents. This idea is not only morally insane but also logically incoherent. It’s exactly like jumping off a building and claiming that you have the right to fly. Nobody has the right to defy the laws of nature. Where would such a right even originate? Two men cannot be parents. It’s impossible. Doesn’t matter how they feel or what they want. It cannot be. The only “right” at issue here is the right of the child. And the child has a right to be raised by a mother and a father, not two men masquerading as mother and father.

Horrible news. Also, if you didn't know, in murder-suicides involving romantic partners, men are 19 times more likely to murder their partners than the other way around.

An Alabama woman is headed to trial today for wearing a penis costume at a "No Kings" protest while holding a sign that read "No Dick-Tator." It's hard to think of a clearer example of a sham prosecution that flies in the face of the First Amendment.

Convenience chain 7-Eleven expects to close nearly 450 of its locations this year, the parent company announced.  The total number of closures accounts for just over 3% of the more than 13,000 7-Eleven stores in North America.
