SPICE Protocol
@SpiceProtocol
SPICE provides risk coverage infrastructure to enable secured lending to global private credit.

The $100T global credit market is moving on-chain. The bottleneck isn't liquidity, it's risk infrastructure. 🌍🔐 @SpiceProtocol is building the coverage layer: an Ethereum standard (OpenCoverage) for interoperable risk protection that any lending market can integrate, backed by ~$10B in restaked assets via @eigencloud. For lenders: instant on-chain settlement during covered risk events, not months of off-chain recovery. For stakers: consistent premium yield, not points farming. For borrowers: access to capital with zkTLS-powered solvency verification that protects sensitive data. This is infrastructure, not a venue. Every lending market that integrates the standard expands SPICE's addressable market. 📈 And this is not the first SPICE engagement with Hashlock. Two public Solidity audits are now listed on our side, both rated Secure. ✅ Repeated review is exactly what you want from a protocol sitting this close to risk, credit, and capital formation in DeFi. Great article and good alpha @Nomaticcap! This can be solved by implementing a CDS like (Credit Default Swap) structure for the junior tranche. To be frank, we were very comfortable buying @YuzuMoneyX ‘CDS’ or shorting that yield when it was at 80% at those levels, the risk was clearly mispriced. @OuroborosCap8 should create a market so these inefficiencies can be settled by the broad market (an idea first championed by @phtevenstrong). The core issue is that junior tranches often attract less sophisticated investors through misleadingly ( in term of risk) high yields. We believe this is best solved through tokenized markets; @Polymarket is the ideal venue to provide the 2-way liquidity needed to price this risk accurately. Or @HyperliquidX HIP-4 when live OFC.
