@Delta My wife was using the bag and a delta gate agent “helped” her. Instead of removing 4 screws and removing the battery, they decided tin snips and pliers was the better solution

How @Delta decided to remove my removable battery from my @goincase suit case. I guess tin snips and pliers were easier than removing 6 screws.
