Perplexity just took a shot at Anthropic. They launched Perplexity Computer which orchestrates 19 different AI models at once. You describe what you want done and it spins up sub-agents that browse, code, connect to apps and handle the whole thing autonomously. Their CEO literally said "the biggest weakness of Claude is that it only coworks with Claude." Thats a real point honestly. I don't think that the future is one model doing everything. I think it's the right model for each task stitched together. Perplexity is betting on that and I think theyre not wrong.
