Fly to Cape Town, flight delayed due to allow extra time to load the bags. Get to Cape Town and 150 bags have been left off the plane, 3 of them mine. 24 hours later and zero communication from @British_Airways. Very poor.

@StewartBailey@chilternrailway@Keir_Starmer Very sad but why is it up to working people to pay the price and not the billion pound company turning over record profits and giving out huge bonuses each year… pretty questionable of you to use someone’s death to justify this, but don’t let that stop you.
Unfortunately, due to the emergency services dealing with an incident near the railway between Wembley Stadium and South Ruislip, the line to/from Marylebone is still blocked.
Services are likely to be delayed or cancelled and some services will be terminated at West Ruislip and started back from West Ruislip so customers can connect with the Central line into/from London.

@chilternrailway I cannot wait for the day when you are held accountable the same way airlines are for cancellations and delays. I’m self employed and this disruption has cost me dearly. Non-refundable tickets, never any seats available, huge price increases every year… @Keir_Starmer sort it out
Hi @chilternrailway. I was stuck on your broken down 08:04 train to MLB on 01/07 for over 2 hours and your "delay repay" have called it 30 minutes and refunded only 1 leg. Talk about adding insult to injury! What is going on??
@chilternrailway I’m on the stuck train. We have a towing locomotive attached which has got the AC back on but there is a second issue that they’re battling. Engineers and guards on board and helping.
Kudos to the @chilternrailway controller who got the Birmingham Moor St originating train to stop at GX @ 7:24 when the 7:25 service was cancelled. Thank you 🙏
Due to a fault with the signalling system between Neasden South Jn and London Marylebone fewer trains are able to run on all lines.
Tickets are being accepted on the below services:
- On London Underground services between Amersham and Baker Street on the Metropolitan line.
- On GWR services between Oxford and London Paddington.
Update regarding signalling fault between Gerrards Cross and West Ruislip:
All lines remain blocked.
Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 90 minutes.

@chilternrailway what is up with the trains? Last night 17:53 MB to Aylesbury 5 carriages, 3 out of service, 07:09 GX to MB 5 carriages 2 out of service, now Aylesbury 17:53 2 coach train only?!
@OpenreachHelp Hi, are you able to give an update on when FTTP will go live in Gerrards Cross, SL9 please? Openreach engineers have been working on it for a few months so I can see it progressing but I also can't put up with my 4G broadband any longer!
