It is funny when you know this meme is often used for things such as solving world hunger. As a reminder, in the first week of war with Iran, the US has spent over 10 billion dollars, without achieving any strategic goals (goals that don't seem to exist either). With that money, the UN estimates that you could stop acute starvation globally for over a year.
