GM and Happy Tuesday Fam!
I have been working for 3.5 years at Gam3sGG. It is a journey that taught me a lot about building sustainable communities in Web3.

Here are some of the things I worked on:
👉 Handle community support tickets to ensure fast, clear responses and reduce user frustration/churn.
👉 Drive engagement & retention, designing systems that keep the community active even during bear market conditions.
👉 Built a monthly leaderboard system that boosted event participation by 30%
👉 Plan and execute events (competitions, partner activations, and campaigns) with consistent community participation.
👉 Create and maintain a structured weekly events calendar to give players a reason to return and stay engaged.
👉 Draft & publish announcements, ensuring consistent communication between the team and the community.
👉 Host live events not just internally but also with partners, strengthening both user trust and brand credibility.

💡 What I’ve learned:
Strong communities don’t happen by accident.
They grow from systems, rituals, and feedback loops that sustain engagement over time.
A well-built community isn’t just “support”. It is a growth engine that drives marketing, retention, and user trust.
