Όταν ο Σπανούλης αποχώρησε η Μονακό ήταν σε ελεύθερη πτώση διοικητικά και αγωνιστικά, και η απόφαση έμοιαζε λογική από επαγγελματική άποψη. Το κατόρθωμα του Μαρκοϊσβίλι όμως να συμμαζέψει το πράγμα στα δύσκολα τελικά εκθέτει τον Σπαν για την απόφαση να εγκαταλείψει το καράβι.

Δεν είναι μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα αυτά,δεν είναι Master’s Degree. Παρακολούθησε το συγκεκριμένο course στο Harvard για 3-4 εβδομάδες,όπου πλήρωνε το κάθε course.Επίσης δεν υπάρχουν prerequisites,όπως πτυχίο για αυτά τα courses.Δεν θα έπρεπε να τα αναφέρει ως μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα αλλά ως Certificates-Πιστοποιητικά δηλαδή εξειδίκευσης στην σχολική ηγεσία και την διαχείρηση εκπαιδευτικών συστημάτων.Το Harvard στην ιστοσελίδα του είναι πολύ ξεκάθαρο για το πως πρέπει να αναγράφονται και να χρησιμοποιούνται τα 2 συγκεκριμένα Certificates ώστε να μην δημιουργείται η εντύπωση ακαδημαϊκού τίτλου.Πάρα ταύτα,αποτελεί μια μορφή πιστοποιημένης επαγγελματικής εξειδίκευσης πλήρως αναγνωρισμένης
