They are a good way to introduce number recognition as they make sense of the various symbols by being easily organized by size, something which even small children can grasp quickly. 2/2

We did some number bonds to 10 today with our @SumBlox and #grapat mandala pieces @Carolin63261632 - first Dylan put the correct number of spots on the ladybird wings then counted them all together and checked his counting by stacking the sumblox 😍

@Patt_FFM1986 Hi again, sorry for the delay. Sometimes the blocks can be damaged if they're falling from tall towers on to solid surfaces. They're solid wood and usually very durable, it's strange if your set has a lot of cracks. Maybe there was a bit too much rough play?

@SumBlox One of our seven is broken off... ...and the rest are cracks too. Is this a production error or did the kids misuse it? Do you have any ideas?
