Article 324 gives the Election Commission powers, but these must remain subject to the rule of law and the Constitution. Whimsical transfers fail this test. The Commission supervises elections — it does not run governments. Yet in West Bengal, it appears to be undermining the elected government without emergency or President’s Rule. Such actions are unfair, unconstitutional, and strike at the very foundation of federalism."

A Deaf-mute woman patient undergoing treatment at the psychiatry ward of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences (UPUMS) in Saifai was allegedly raped repeatedly by a contactual sanitation worker at the University. She was found to be 19 weeks pregnant during a routine examination, setting off a rape investigation that led to the arrest of a contractual sanitation worker Ravindra Kumar posted in the same ward. Due to her mental condition, she couldn't narrate her ordeal. An FIR has now been registered.

BJP has DeMonetized ur Mind Demonetization was the biggest scam of Modi, Electoral bonds came later. BJP purchased huge lands in all cities just before demonetization. All their black money was conveniently converted into white. They won Uttar Pradesh just coz of DeMo. Modi used DeMo to make his 90+ year old mother stand in bank line & then do PR. Only fools will believe Modi wanted to fight corruption by banning ₹1K note and introducing ₹2K note. The ₹2K note made stocking black money easier, and it continues to be legal tender even today.

PROCESS IS PUNISHMENT: in 2019, Prannoy and Radhika Roy were stopped from leaving the country in what was an act of pure harassment and vendetta as detailed in my 2024 election book.
