@NengTh3 @huskymgmt From what I’m seeing, I feel like if company were to rise minimum wages then they’ll increase their products to make more money and everything will just keep on raising, that is the reason why certain things now are pricier than 10 years ago.

I think stores, markets, restaurants, etc. They should be paying their employees minimum wage. I still remember my first job; I get paid $7.25.

If I have to make a choice wether or not to hire someone who turn on privacy setting, I wouldn’t too, so be careful of what you put on social media!

An accurate job description will include these 3 key components:
1.) Job title
2.) Brief description of the tasks, duties, and responsibilities
3.) A list of detailed specifications surrounding these duties

Interesting that there are so many different judicial branches that handle different aspects of enforcing, writing, and handling the laws surrounding regulations of Human resources. I always just thought it was handled by one party.
