Got out all first app course fertilizer this past week. This @SimplotTurf fertilizer been working well and forgiving as far as watering in timing. Goal this year is an ⬆️ in overall fertility on tees, fairways, green surrounds..

Top photo 2/22/21, bottom photo 5 yrs later, 2/22/26.. Needless to say a lot quicker green up this year, but I like the dormant, off color of the rare colder winters here. A frost in the morning but sure will snap back quick.

Are there any good golf course equipment distributors in Houston anymore? Been waiting 10 weeks for @ProTurfProd to warranty a reel that came defective. Customer service has disappeared in our market!

Here's repair work in progress before the 'after ' pics just posted..was quite a precarious situation to say the least.. had to completely dig out 5' silt, rebuild support structure, then install new 10' culverts..

Few pics of our recently renovated bridges, came out nice. It was quite a task, as the main bridge is 33yrs old, but the culverts had rusted and dropped.. been un repaired too long. Next post to show some of repairs - kept original stone structure- 5' of silt had accumulated 😳
