It might be an overkill, but once automatized can be pretty good pipeline imo: use Dev as main, merge there, fix all conflicts there, do CI to deploy automatically on dev server , set up dynamic testing (eg what that pr might break specifically) pipeline , mutants etc, then merge to staging do tests there and after merge to main.

AAHHHHHHH how can I get my PRs merged into main more quickly I can't figure this out!! No matter what, once I have multiple PRs queued to merge, something always happens and just blocks the rest of them.
