Oh look. Another person who doesn't understand how music is made. Just basic fucking logic lol. It is not remotely realistic to think they have footage of every moment in the studio let alone the work that was probably done outside of that specific studio. Modern day music production is often done remotely. Either way. You can show all the footage that you want, it is completely irrelevant when it comes to copyright infringement. Intent or knowledge is relevant.

@TheDittoDesk @arnarut94 @billboard How do you guarantee that? Did you work there? Yours is also "speculation". And who said they weren't involved? when the foreign producers themselves have talked in many platforms that BTS has always been heavily involved and made decisions in their work.🤷

I never twisted your words. I responded directly to what you said in every response. And if someone responds to me in a way that defies basic logic, I'm going to reply back. Regardless of the fandom. It's just sad that fandom tribalism and parasocial relationships are so strong that they override common sense. This is definitely a negative side of the K-pop industry. Arguing that a Netflix documentary - which doesn't show the full, multistep production process and requires massive speculation about unreleased footage - proves anything is completely irrelevant when it comes to actual copyright law.

No but you have been making arguments with everyone who has responded to you. Sometimes it's best to just look away and not engage. You know very well us ARMY are protective of those boys and you know damn well how we will respond. People like you always do this - you rile us up and then play victim when we don't just take it lying down. I know damn well what you've said, and I responded to those things and you try twisting my words around. And "get out of your feelings"? Tell me, did I even once respond rudely to you? No, I have not. I have been very calm and level headed. You however seem to be actively trying to piss everyone who has replied to you off.

@arnarut94 @HarrietYikiru @billboard I wasn't responding to you. And never did I make the argument that the song was stolen in this thread. I argued that a netflix documentary does not show the entire process of producing a song. Please get out of your feelings and stop misinterpreting what I said.

Amazingly we do realize you can enjoy more than one groups music - I even state I stan two groups in my bio. However you seem to be trying to find every single reason for why this song is stolen and are arguing with ARMY. And enjoy the concert you're attending - you can check out my page in about a week when I'll post some pics from my VIP seat ✌🏻

@yanderemchan @cakedegg Well it's a contract dispute between ADOR and Dolphiners. This is just the Judge checking if the verbal agreement was even followed. But yeah...hopefully the appeals Judge has more common sense than the previous judge.

@cakedegg If it’s a problem with Apple wouldn’t Apple be the plaintiff? The judge need to focus on examining how ador actually suffered any damage from a video that’s taken down immediately, and who’s at fault of their damaged reputation (themselves)

Regarding the Apple branding in the director’s cut, the court noted that Apple-related elements still appeared 10 seconds into the video, and said it needed to examine whether the verbal agreement to remove Apple-related parts had been followed

@DelphiLillyy @luenacore That’s just how these law firms operate. They reuse boilerplate templates and copy-paste from one document to another.

If theyre separate cases, why do they have the exact same ‘KIN MINJI’ typo mistake? it makes me wonder if the documents came from the same template. I fell like hybes actions in this situation were meant to put pressure on mhdhh. The timing & the way things happened make me question their intention

🚨 The NewJeans U.S. Lawsuits: Clear Evidence of "Copyright Trolling" A very important point is seen in this K-Tokkis' thread. Both lawsuits, ETA and How Sweet, show clear signs of "Copyright Trolling". Copyright Trolling is a known legal scam where entities weaponize the court system. They do not care about defending art, their only goal is to file aggressive lawsuits to force a quick, massive cash payout. The structural anomalies in the filings against NewJeans reveal two primary indicators of this coordinated strategy: 📌 1. Automated Template Evidence: The ETA lawsuit and the How Sweet lawsuit are two completely separate cases handled by different law firms. Yet, both official court documents contain the exact same bizarre typo. They both spell Minji's name as "KIN MIN-JI" with an N. It is statistically improbable for independent legal teams working on unrelated cases to duplicate the exact same error on a foreign name. This overlap confirms the documents were mass-produced using a shared boilerplate template. 📌 2. Strategic Vulnerability Targeting: The plaintiffs did not just sue the music producers. They intentionally dragged NewJeans' biggest brand partners, Apple and Coca-Cola, into the complaints. Massive global corporations absolutely hate bad press and long court battles. By suing these sponsors, the trolls create instant corporate tension. They are hoping to panic the brands and force the music label to pay them off quickly just to protect their advertising deals. The Conclusion: The plantiffs (trolls) intentionally waited nearly two years for the songs to make millions of dollars globally before striking. While the companies handle the financial side, the individual members of NewJeans suffer the immediate consequences. Their individual names are tied to international legal headlines, forcing the girls to bear the reputational damage of a corporate shakedown, instead of anyone else. The real damage falls directly on Minji, Hanni, Danielle, Haerin, and Hyein. Seeing how vulnerable NewJeans has been made by domestic conflicts in South Korea, HYBE themselves bullying these young girls, international entities are now targeting them as well, exploiting the members as scapegoats to chase millions in legal payouts. It looks like the only ones standing up for the girls besides their loved ones, is bunnies, no one else.

📰‼️According to the lawsuit and MBW, the 3 producers alleging that "SWIM" is similar to their demo specifically point to one producer on the track—Derrick Milano—who they claim had access to the demo through APG agency. They are NOT accusing and naming BTS or every producer involved of copyright infringement‼️ Their claims are directed at specific individuals they allege had access to the demo, while HYBE is named because, as the distributor/rightsholder, it would be responsible for damages if they were to prevail in the lawsuit. MBW also reported that the plaintiffs contacted HYBE before filing the lawsuit, but the report doesn't make it clear whether HYBE never responded or whether the parties simply failed to reach an agreement before litigation.

I watched the 90 min doc. Please realize it takes more than 5 minutes to put together a song. And I'm not even saying the allegations are true or that BTS knowingly did something. These type of copyright lawsuits is a small industry where these firms try to pick apart the smallest similarities to make a quick settlement. But music copyright is much more technical and complicated and does not fit how you are trying to defend it via these few minutes of a BTS doc.

No they said over 100 songs were made for the album, they've even talked about "fighting" for them to release solo. If you watch the documentary you see them literally putting the album together, you literally see them come up with beats and hooks. Come Over is Yoongi's baby, a gift for ARMY. We have treated it as such and streamed the hell out of it.

Feel free to explain, using the Dictionary's definition that I provided, how Google Gemini was wrong and it fit the definition as you claimed. You really haven't even debated the actual facts. Just being a typical bitch keyboard warrior who probably barely made it out of middle school. Can't even make a coherent argument. So sad. 🤦‍♂️

Lol Seems your brain is already fried. You told me to "Google it." That was literally me doing just that and it bringing up the Dictionary's definition and explaining why what you were saying is wrong I love how AI makes it so much easier to prove how dumb people like you are. I hope you one day get promoted from shopping cart duty to bagging groceries.

Because the footage would show them come up with the beat and the hook and everything those guys claim that were stolen. Today so much music has been made that it's just about impossible for new songs not to sound the least bit like some other already released song but the claims these guys have make it sound like Swim sounds exactly like their song, and Hybe has always been thorough in documenting their progress in, well, everything.
