3 times now I have contacted 1901 and followed the process for renewing customers and 3 times was advised the waiting times exceeded 20 mins to talk to an agent and 3 times the call was promptly ended by your company. Apologies are meaningless without resolution.

@Jessica63797418 @eircare @eircare Agreed Jessica, I have attempted 3 times this morning to follow the 1901 route only to be cut off when advised the wait time is over 20 mins. The only number that answered was new Sales who would not deal with my query regarding renewing my contract.

There are several people who have recorded that calls are being dropped this morning. I don't dispute that your agents are working hard. But please don't dispute that calls are being dropped when I have had my calls dropped twice. I never stated it was your agents dropping calls.

@eircare @DigitalGardenIR We are unable to arrange or schedule callbacks via our online channels. In order to schedule a callback, you need to speak to Customer Care directly. How do you reach Customer Care when you keep dropping the calls????

@eircare @DigitalGardenIR You are dropping customer calls when we eventually negotiate your process. Your Eircare support provide standard response. "We are unable to arrange or schedule callbacks via our online channels. In order to schedule a callback, you need to speak to Customer Care directly".

@DrEmmaBurrows @eircare Similar problem, looking to renew my contract. I managed to speak to the Sales Team who advised me to follow the standard 1901 process. Dropped my call twice. Clearly they only interested in dealing with New Business Sales Targets. Existing Customers don't Matter

@eircare Hi Their my contract is up for renewal on 14th of this month. I have tried calling the numbers provided on my Bill went through the options, provided my account number. Was advised there was a 20 min wait time and then the call was dropped twice. Sales uninterested too!
