@IamtheMrsK I cook a ribeye every evening for my evening meal and at the same time I cook a NY strip, bacon, burger patty and 3 eggs for my 10am meal the next day, I eat them cold so it’s no hassle.

My husband's job requires waking at early am hours and driving all day. How can I meal prep for him in a way that will work with his job? He has said he's good with going omad, I just don't know if it's sustainable for him every day. Keep in mind he's doing carnivore with me.

Whole grains, fresh fruits and veggies, lots of water.. lean meats /or peanut butter/almond butter. Exercise until the point of sweat and exhaustion.. And.. only two good sized meals a day. ...
