@_lonelygift Keep the cals at 1000-1200 your body just needs a second to adjust and start losing now but it will all work out!

i upped my intake from 800 to 1000-1200 and im scared that somehow isn't a deficit anymore while i KNOW it is but then why did i immediately stop losing :/

@Milaslitz Take time to finish so some Lower cal hard candies, lollipops and gum or popsicles things that generally take longer to finish to kill time
Drink water before meals helps too and trying to not buy as much snacks or things you eat the most! Hope these help at all

Try to find replacements for what you might be snacking on for a lower cal thing that still is similar, and try to keep more time between eating as well ! I use to buy anything that would -
