Tyler Robinson’s dna was found on the trigger of a gun that was found hours away from where he lives. Tyler Robinson was on a campus of a school he didn’t attend and was caught on camera. He also admitted to doing it. Maybe yall don’t know how evidence works but umm

A 30-06 can shoot many different rounds designed for the platform including varmint rounds. You don’t know what ammo was used, nor the condition of the weapon. As such, you’re talking out of your ass here. I suspect the prosecution is comfortable making the case that the ammo, the weapon, the gun, the ballistics, and the autopsy line up. But maybe you can ask to testify against the state’s experts? That’d go well!

The bullet path that killed MLK in no way resembles the alleged entrance wound in Charlie Kirk's neck. MLK's bullet path began by immediately striking and shattering his jaw. His body was positioned such that the very obvious exit of the bullet from his jaw then entered his neck, left his neck and entered his thorax, struck multiple organs, and finally came to a rest against his shoulder blade. Charlie was sitting upright. The claim is that the bullet entered the soft tissue of his neck at over 2000 feet-per-second and miraculously stopped in less than two inches of soft tissue. Anyone promoting this comparison, including the inimitable Blake Neff Speed (who is on the record lying about what happened in the immediate aftermath of the incident) should be ignored entirely. A .30-06 could not possibly have caused an entry only neck wound. Their entire case rests on this being the murder weapon. Everyone at TPUSA completely ignores this fact to this day. And so no one trusts a single thing you guys have to say. This deeply unserious perspective on the case either indicates you are all incredibly low iq or do not actually want the truth to come out. The public isn’t stupid. We all see you.

Shortly after Robinson’s arrest, the prosecutors released a probable cause affidavit detailing the evidence gathered immediately after Charlie’s assassination. The evidence presented at that time was overwhelming. In the months that have followed, we know the investigation has continued. More details will come out in May, when the assassin has a probable cause hearing and we are certain there will be even more evidence demonstrating why the State believes Tyler Robinson is the assassin. But now we have a government official, Joe Kent, who has reportedly indicated he is willing to testify on behalf of the defense, to get Robinson off the hook for an evil he committed. Joe Kent just crossed a red line, and it's a massive betrayal of Charlie, his wife, his kids, and the entire TPUSA family. Just because HE didnt get let into the investigation doesnt mean it wasn't investigated.

I continue to believe that there should be more investigation into the leftist militant groups in Utah, especially any of the people who posted about Charlie’s murder before it happened. I also have a very hard time believing that his tranny boyfriend had no foreknowledge of the attack at all. But Tyler Robinson’s own guilt is beyond doubt. All of the evidence, literally all of it, points to him. And that’s to say nothing of the fact that the guy confessed multiple times to multiple people, and was turned in by his parents who, you’ll notice, have not made any attempt to publicly or privately deny their son’s guilt. That’s because he’s guilty as sin. And if he somehow gets let off the hook by a deluded and confused jury, it will be one of the worst miscarriages of justice in the history of our country.
