I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Voter fraud is real.

CALIFORNIA ELECTIONS FRAUD CASH FOR BALLOTS PART I: Homeless Bribed with Cash & Drugs In Exchange For Registering To Vote & Signing Election Petitions Caught On Tape Undercover On Skid Row In California. “You can just put Pinocchio Lane.” California NGOs Encourage Fake Addresses To Homeless People To Sign Petitions & Register Voters, A State & Federal Felony. Footage Shows 28 Instances Of Cash Changing Hands For Ballot Signatures & Voter Registration Forms. Many of the petitioners had no understanding of the petitions’ purpose they were advertising. Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.” Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” We encountered 28 instances of petitioners offering cash, cigarettes, and marijuana for signatures on petitions. Weingart employees advised: “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. But a lot of times, I have to say ‘I didn’t know, I had no idea.’” All happening outside taxpayer-funded housing organizations. Weingart CEO earned $432,000 before resigning from the Los Angeles County Affordable Housing Solutions Agency. James O’Keefe and the OMG Team went undercover on Skid Row, posing as homeless individuals. On hidden cameras, petitioners admitted they are paid $7–$10 per signature, sometimes earning $1,000 or more per day, collecting signatures from individuals with minimal knowledge of what they were signing. “$7 a signature, $5 a signature, $10 a signature.” “We gon’ give you $2.” Populus Inc., a political consulting firm, was circulating petitions funded by @Uber, @Delta, @United, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association (@AHLA). On camera, one petitioner said, “We have one that taxes billionaires 5%. One-time tax. 5% and that’s gonna go towards healthcare.” Other petitions sought to overturn LA’s $30 minimum wage for hotel and airline workers. Paying per signature and encouraging fake addresses violates federal and state election law and is proof of fraud happening in California. Weingart employees were caught directing the homeless to the location of the petitioners and coaching them on plausible deniability. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them: “Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.” In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section. Yet when confronted, nearby LAPD officers dismissed the activity as “a civil lawsuit.” “Paying per signature violates state election law and is evidence of election fraud in California,” the investigation concludes. On Skid Row, we captured conduct on tape that violates Federal Law 52 U.S. Code §10307 and state law California Election Code §18603. UPDATE ON THE TUCKER CARLSON FIASCO. So in case you missed it, Tucker announced by video that he has been informed that the CIA is reading his text messages and is preparing a criminal referral against him. Several things have happened since. First, you must understand: the CIA would never reveal that it had illegally wiretapped anybody, because why would they? Aside from possible punishments for guilty parties, the bigger issue is that an illegal wiretap would kill their case: "fruit of the poison tree". So if they're actually preparing a criminal referral, they've dotted their i's well enough to get past a judge. So how does the CIA surveil an American citizen? In most cases they can't, at least not legally. So if it was legal, they probably were NOT surveilling Tucker, but rather some foreign enemy with whom he was texting: he was talking to people he shouldn't have been, about things he shouldn't have said. That's about the only way you get there from here. A couple things have happened since: First, Buckley Carlson (Tucker's brother) took to X to give a lengthy definition of treason and explain why whatever his brother did wasn't that. Hmmm.... Second, both Axios and the Administration have denied any of this is true. Which is...interesting. Both might have motives to deny Tucker's story (e.g., why would the Administration confirm a possible-but-future investigation the DOJ hasn't yet initiated?). But what if they're telling the truth? Buckley's post suggests Tucker was telling the truth, at least so far as he knew it, and the family is mounting a defense. Glenn Greenwald certainly thinks that's true. But Glenn could be wrong, and Axios could be right. So we now have three reasonably likely possibilities: 1. Tucker Carlson violated FARA, which is particularly ironic given how many times he's publicly called for FARA investigations of various people he dislikes for unsubstantiated allegations that they were on some foreign government's payroll. No one would more richly deserve this outcome than Tucker Carlson, IF this is what happened. 2. More sinister possibility: Tucker Carlson was aiding and abetting a foreign enemy (because that's a far more likely reason for the CIA to be involved, given the above-stated limitations). In this scenario, it is very likely that Donald Trump had Tucker to the Oval Office to feed him disinformation that then magically appeared in texts with Iranian leaders. ==> Just to be clear: that would NOT fall under "journalism". That would be espionage, and Tucker would (if that's what happened) be in danger of spending the rest of his life in prison. 3. More narcissistic possibility: Tucker made it all up, as Axios claims. In that case, this would mean that he made up a scary story about the Trump Administration to get clicks, cash, and standing as a victim persecuted by the "evil" Donald Trump, "bought-and-paid-for" agent of "the Jooos". And honestly, this morning, I think most of us would lean toward Aisle 3. It's pretty much classic him. But that obscures the magnitude of what happened this weekend. Either Tucker Carlson lied or he didn't. If he didn't, then he was likely aiding and abetting a foreign enemy in time of war, or at least committing the same kind of FARA violation he's accused his enemies of for years. And if he did, then he's just a charlatan. Either way, Tucker Carlson blew a Titanic-sized hole in his own credibility this weekend. It seems to be an unforced error. And that's going to be very hard to overcome outside the realm of his own devotees.

Cc: @DanScavino if anyone should not be in the admin, it’s Dan Caldwell. Department of War officials told me that when Dan Caldwell was escorted out of the building after @PeteHegseth caught him leaking, Caldwell was allegedly screaming at the top of his lungs, “I’m going to fu*king kill you Pete! F**k you. F**k you. I’m going to kill you.” Now, someone who was fired from Department of War for leaking is going to work for @ODNIgov where he will likely leak to @TuckerCarlson and spy on Americans who he doesn’t like. How does someone this unstable get to work at ODNI? President Trump didn’t allow anyone from DNI to sit with him during the airstrikes on the Ayatollah for a reason. Did anyone vet this guy? Or are they all lying to President Trump and Dan Scavino? What’s going on here?
Laura Loomer@LauraLoomer

Just a reminder that when @dandcaldwell Dan Caldwell was perp walked out of the Pentagon, his first stop was running to cry to @TuckerCarlson… Funny how @ODNIgov is Tucker Carlson-Koch central, as I have expose. See tweet below. 👇🏻 It’s not exactly shocking that Dan Caldwell will be working with Will Ruger at DNI. No wonder why nobody from ODNI is ever in the room with President Trump anymore when he makes important national security decisions. It’s very on brand for ODNI to hire someone who was pushed out of DoW by @SecWar Hegseth for leaking. Hi @PeteHegseth are you ready to be undermined by Tucker Carlson from inside ODNI? Something tells me Tucker Carlson is about to have more damaging leaks about President Trump. In Caldwell’s 2025 interview with Tucker, Tucker said Caldwell was fired from @DeptofWar for being an outspoken critic of war with Iran. This is just a giant F U to President Trump by Tulsi Gabbard. It is very disrespectful. Not a coincidence that @TulsiGabbard is bringing on an accused leaker at the height of the conflict with Iran, which we all know she opposes. Notice this decision was also made the same day @SusieWiles announced her breast cancer diagnosis. I guess ODNI is hoping Susie isn’t going to be around the White House much these days so they can more easily undermine President Trump. Susie Wiles has always been the biggest road block for the anti-Trump saboteurs working at ODNI, because unlike ODNI, Susie actually has President Trump’s back. RECEIPTS 👇🏻

Dear @LeaderJohnThune, Do you know how bad it will be if you don’t get the SAVE America Act passed when you bring the bill to the floor? If you think it’s bad now, just wait until you purposely fail the bill by not allowing the talking filibuster. Your days in the Senate will be numbered. Sincerely, 85% of all Americans

@theblaze Senator Schumer just admitted that millions of illegal aliens are registered to vote. The SAVE America Act will only remove unlawfully registered voters. He said the quiet part out loud.

If Democrats want to block the SAVE America Act's voter ID requirements, then let them stand there for 24 hours a day explaining why. Republican Senators must make Democrats hold the floor, but that would require something rare in Washington: EFFORT.

.@LeaderJohnThune has agreed to move forward on the SAVE America Act—and it could happen as soon as next week. How, exactly? Well … we’re still working on that, with many details yet to be resolved. I still strongly believe that if Democrats want to filibuster this bill, we must make them speak! We’ve never been closer than we are now to having the SAVE America Act on the floor—thanks to the amazing effort and energy all of you, and so many other Americans—have put into supporting this important bill. Keep fighting!

Understand what Thune is doing right now. It’s not enough for him to kill the SAVE America Act. Thune has to kill it while also protecting his worst RINO colleagues from being exposed for opposing it. How does Thune accomplish his? By avoiding a simple majority vote at all costs. Thune knows a public vote where Republicans get less than 50 votes—with people like Tillis and Curtis and McConnell and Murkowski voting against IT—is electoral poison. He doesn’t want it to pass, but he also can’t have it die at the hands of his own puke colleagues. So how does Thune do this? By refusing to move to the already-passed House bill (this only requires a simple majority because the House message is privileged) and instead moving to a new, standalone Senate bill. A new Senate bill is not privileged, and therefore the motion to proceed to it is debatable, meaning it requires 60 votes. Thune needs to kill the SAVE America Act, not expose any of his GOP colleagues as being against it, and be able to pretend that he tried. This is the actual Senate GOP trifecta—doing nothing while pretending they tried everything and protecting the worst of the worst the whole time. So when you watch the GOP Senate bring up a brand new SAVE America Act bill and hold a single vote on a motion that needs 60 to pass, know that they’re doing it because they think you’re stupid.

Stop calling them republicans like it’s some magic force field repelling evil. They are all the uniparty. Democrats and Republicans are just different wings of the same rotting, rancid bird. This takeover of America has been over 100 years in the making. Today, not only has the enemy crossed the wire, but they have taken over command. Both hen houses are full to the brim with foxes. Inaction can be just as devastating as a full-on assault. It isn’t really Republicans versus Democrats; it’s our elected representatives, the government they serve, and their own selfish desires, against all of us. Even if we had ten different parties, the globalists would simply infiltrate each one and use their very existence against we the people. That’s right, they do not serve the people, they serve the government, i.e., the shadow government*, deep state, matrix, leviathan. *The Shadow Government (The Unconstitutional Power of Government Secrecy) i.e., CIA, CFR, MSM, FISA, NSA, Silicon Valley, JSOC, DNI (17 Agencies), 5 Eyes, GCHQ MI6, DHS, DOS, NRO, NCTC, NGA, DOD, FBI and the Deep State (The System Behind the Government, unelected bureaucrats with zero accountability) i.e., Activist Judges, the Federal Reserve (a private company NOT the government!), the Treasury, Wall Street, Foreign Lobbyists, Military-Industrial Complex (MIC) Lobbyists, the actual Military-Industrial Complex (MIC)/Military-Industrial-Congressional Complex (MICC) itself, Defense Contractors, Intelligence Contractors, World Bank, IMF. Hello, Mr. Desiderio, Punchbowl News sells access to Capitol Hill for corporate clients. Their senior Senate reporter is you, Andrew Desiderio. Here's how the access works: Punchbowl has a weekly show called "Fly Out Day," taped at the Punchbowl News Townhouse and described on their own site as an "exclusive first look" for Premium subscribers. Those Premium subscribers are the K Street corporate government affairs staff and trade association officials whose legislative interests depend on what Senate leadership decides to schedule… or kill. The second-ever guest was Senate Majority Leader John Thune, on September 11, 2025. This is documented in your own webste. Now let’s go over your post carefully. You say Mike Lee "primed the GOP base to believe" something. That’s manipulative framing, the language of a man working a crowd. But Thune "pointed out" something. That’s the language of a man correcting the record, establishing fact. This is not a one-off phrasing choice on your part. Your Punchbowl coverage consistently frames Thune's positions as institutional reality and conservative alternatives as base management. Thune "declared" that the talking filibuster is dead. Lee and his allies "captivated Trump's base." Thune "had enough." The SAVE Act push is "a self-inflicted wound." These are not neutral verbs. They are a point of view… and it's Thune's point of view, delivered with a byline. There's a structural reason this happens. Jake Sherman described Punchbowl's business model in his own words on The Rebooting podcast (January 2022): nearly 90% of the outlet's revenue comes from corporate sponsorships… "trade groups and companies looking to get their public affairs messaging in front of those making public policy." The sponsors documented at Punchbowl include PhRMA, ExxonMobil, Chevron, Facebook, JPMorgan, Blackstone, the American Investment Council (private equity lobby), and others. These sponsors need the goodwill of the Senate Majority Leader, who controls which of their legislative priorities come to the floor. Thune controls the floor. Thune sits in Punchbowl's townhouse. You reports Thune's framing as conventional wisdom. When Desiderio writes that the talking filibuster "will ultimately fail" ... not might fail, not Thune argues it will fail, but when it ultimately fails ... is that journalism? Or is it the view from Thune's Fly Out Day chair? You are busted, Mr. Desiderio.
