Received the sad news this morning that, for the 2nd time in 3 mths, we've lost a member of our extended family overnight to cancer. It's sad that they weren't able to spend their last months surrounded by friends and family (but ultimately right, for the benefit of their health)

@British_Airways what is going on? I’ve called everyday this week and always getting the same automated message that you are too busy, so you just hang up on me. I’ve sent you multiple DM on here which you’ve also ignored. I know you must be busy, but this is ridiculous.
