That's accumulation at $4.17M cap while the crowd is still writing dog memes off as dead. Volume spiked to $2.33M today. Holder base never folded during the 94% drawdown. When Ethereum dog liquidity moves off exchange at these levels, it's usually 2-4 weeks before the next leg prints.
