I'm hiring for 2 AI roles right now, and despite both having "AI" in the title, we're looking for very different profiles.
1. AI Engineer | Bengaluru
This is a builder role.
We're looking for engineers who have:
• Built AI products, agents, or workflows that users actively use
• Strong backend engineering fundamentals
• Worked in fast-moving product environments
• Shown evidence of building beyond their day job (GitHub, side projects, open source, experiments)
• Demonstrated ownership and decision-making in high-growth environments
What isn't working:
✘ Profiles from large service organizations with little evidence of product ownership
✘ Candidates whose experience is mostly support, maintenance, operations, or SRE
✘ Engineers who haven't built anything outside employer-assigned work
✘ Resumes showing system maintenance rather than product building
✘ AI enthusiasts without strong software engineering fundamentals
>2. AI Systems Engineer | Mumbai
This is a backend-heavy systems role.
We're looking for engineers who have:
• Strong backend engineering depth
• Excellent systems understanding
• Experience building reliable production systems
• Engineering discipline around code quality, architecture, testing, and scalability
• Strong Python and modern backend development experience
• AI experience built on top of solid engineering foundations
What isn't working:
✘ Generalists or "handyman" profiles
✘ Frontend-heavy engineers transitioning into AI
✘ Candidates lacking backend depth
✘ Engineers without strong systems-thinking
✘ Junior profiles not ready for senior ownership
✘ Candidates whose work lacks engineering rigor and discipline
✘ Profiles without evidence of technical depth
>>> The simplest way to think about it:
AI Engineer (Bengaluru) → Build AI products.
AI Systems Engineer (Mumbai) → Build the systems that make AI products reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
If your background matches either role, comment "Link" and I'll share the details.

After a long period of dormancy, the premium on Bitcoin perps has sprung back to life (perps are more expensive than spot).
When the perp price trades above the spot price, that gap is called a premium, when it trades below, it becomes a discount. Premiums grow when bullish traders aggressively lift offers, willing to pay a surcharge in order to secure long exposure.
This premium comes with BTC’s strong breakout. Rising open interest and a surge in cumulative volume delta suggest that fresh money is flowing into longs, not merely shorts being squeezed. In past times, comparable spikes in the funding basis have occurred near local tops, but they also mark the onset of powerful upside continuations when demand outweighs leverage risk.
So what does actually mean then?
Bullish interpretation: Market participants are confident, betting that price will keep climbing. If spot buyers step in to arbitrage the gap, the rally can broaden.
Cautionary angle: Overly rich premiums often precede swift pullbacks. When funding costs soar, leveraged longs may unwind suddenly, leading to a sharp flush.
Perps premium doesn't mean insta flush because we are overlevegared, you can check november-december 2024, it started in a similar way.
It's just a data you have to know because it's saying you at this right time, many people is betting for up in perps.
What do I think?
I'm taking the bullish interpretation, but I'm cautious and watching all time and taking profit in small batches.

@MizerXBT Yes!
I want to learn your trading process in more detail.
I understand what you're doing cuz I've been trading for a while. But I only see the small picture. And it's frustrating! It still feels like I'm gambling when I'm not seeing the big picture!
English

Should I create a Telegram or Discord group for more in-detail analysis?
100% free obviously.
Aadil Shaik@Transcending_RN
@MizerXBT Still waiting for a way to closely follow your analysis and learn from you. Perhaps a telegram group would do? Or discord?

I took more profit just now. I don’t have a target LTF. I’m watching for a possible decent longs liquidation since they have been absorbing spot sells during last hours.
Doesn’t 100% mean we can’t keep going up, but it’s a dangerous zone.
Will be closely monitoring for signs of this happening, but slowly taking profits is always a great idea.

@MizerXBT What the target for eth long trade bro? Because after btc hitting 120-121k , it can give correction so eth can also come till 2500 to fill cme gap
English

@EmperorBTC I am in! I have already created a group with 5 of my friends trying to learn each other's thesis on why they decided on trades and have debates if it's the right move. I would love to bring my perspective and learn on the go!

Why am I shorting now and why I didn’t short just after the 98-108k impulse?
As you have probably seen if you’ve been following my journey, I’m not someone who impulsively trades.
I need to have solid reasons for me to think X movement is happening. If I fail, I fail, but the thesis has to be always there.
I could have shorted after the movement from 98k to 108k but why? Everything was plenty of good macro news + upside was looking still possible with healthy constructive PA. So shorting there was more like a “blind bet”.
Why now? Now we have rejected 108k many times, and failed to flip that level.
After this “weakness”, even with inflows being high and multiple companies buying nonstop BTC, I do think we are for at least, a small retest.
That’s why I’m shorting now and I didn’t before.
Could we still just break the 108/109k resistance and go up? Of course, but that’s not what I see happening.
If it breaks this resistance and I think my retest thesis is no longer happening, I’ll just have to close for a loss.
Many people always ask me to develop more my thesis.
This one is a pretty simple trade compared to others, but if you enjoy this content and want me to keep sharing my thesis, lmk.

@MizerXBT curious to hear what you're basing these shorts on. Technicals, macro-driven?
