@m00nton @AlexDriggars It was hardly privatization, in fact, govt protected private companies who "bought," rights from the govt and then came GOVERNMENT created monopolies. Exclusivity, 25 year protection, you could call it cronyism, economic fascism, but not privatization.

@m00nton @AlexDriggars What years was it privatized? I have zero knowledge of that but I would bet good money it was heavily regulated, contracted, or heavily subsidized. Not truly privatized. I'll look into it and report back.
