@xokads @RiotSupport It requires at minimum one report, depending on various factors. “Pick me Jhin and I’ll swap you” is deeply unlikely to get reported and we would revert it if it got penalized.

Why are we instantly terminating lobbies before there is a chance to swap picks with another person. My duo plays adc and could of chosen my champ and swap but the lobby was killed. Why allow swaps if this is what happens before anyone else picks their champ..? @RiotSupport
