Following recent developments, Uganda Communications Commission reminds the public that responsible use of communication platforms still matters. Let’s use digital platforms to build, not harm. Report misuse to UCC or the Uganda Police. #DigitalSafety #ResponsibleUse #UCC #uccyange | @UCC_ED

Strong access protection is the first step to keeping kids safe in digital learning spaces. Teach them to: ✅ Use strong passwords ✅ Keep meeting links private ✅ Verify before joining online spaces ✅ Log out when done #ChildOnlineProtection #GoldenPosts @UgCERT @UCC_ED

It is your responsibility to set strong passwords on your phone to avoid unauthorized access. Protect your personal data, stay alert and make it a habit to update your security settings regularly. Your digital safety starts with you 😊 #GoldenPosts @UgCERT

That “1998” style password is exactly what attackers try first, simple & guessable. The stronger mix (like “23eC4”) is better, but aim for longer phrases, a mix of cases/numbers/symbols. Your phone’s lock is the first line of defense; make it count. Stay safe! #GoldenPosts
