@etihad Yes because they are very unhelpful to the customers and keep collecting extra money from the traveller's. I had to end up paying a lot more coz of these guys pathetic experience and fedup chasing. NEVER RECOMMEND BOOKING ETIHAD

One of the worst customer service - @EtihadHelp @etihad Repeating the same again. Never helps, but try to delay and make customers pay more. It's more than frustrating.

This is not foul language. I know you don't care about the frustration and pain, but only your fare rules and policies. Yesterday your IGT BLR agreed supervisor call back in 4 hours, again simply words in the air but no real actions. I can't stop this unless resolved. @etihad

@EtihadHelp I don't care all those fare rules. How will you cancel my return tickets saying NoShow when my flight transferred from one to other. Drama starts again. Need to be investigated and which will never conclude till last minute. Such a PATHETIC WORST Experience dealing with you again

@EtihadHelp What do you mean by please liaise with ticketing team? I just called same number and they started saying it is a different contact center you have reached yesterday. No I need to keep calling to reach that center which no one knows where it exists. Pathetic DRAMA started again

@EtihadHelp No use as you are quietly responding saying ot takes a month to resolve. I have return flight on 24th and its not showing up. Cheap tricks dragging till last minute asking customer to pay more. Same way as you did

@EtihadHelp 5. And it is still haunting for my return journey as i could not find my return journey. When i spoke with agent, he said it is a No show and i need to rebook. How come this is a NO SHOW? Already being frustrated, he is asking me to rebook. Will it ever end? @EtihadHelp @etihad
