@UKguyinNKY @mattburke23 Let’s not undersell Cal. His first 10 years he produced 1 title, 2 title appearances, 4 Final Fours, and the most tourney wins out of any coach. If Pope had that 10 year run, BBN would worship him

@mattburke23 In case everybody forgot, Cal got all these guys for 15 yrs and it produced 1 title. They don't guarantee anything so get guys who are under the radar from the media who are really good players and can be successful .

Pump all the sunshine you want. It’s clear to me Kentucky has a head coach who elite players do not want to play for. Hope he can prove me wrong but it gets more obvious by the day. Eventually he will just have to fill out a roster.

A potential lineup of PG Zoom Diallo SG Alex Wilkins SF Kam Williams PF Donnie Freeman C Malachi Moreno Greatly intrigues me. Obviously Pope has to bring in these guys but if he’s able to do so, I think this lineup has a lot of potential. Now of course there’s weaknesses, such as shooting and overall spacing. But the talent by itself would be so much better than Pope’s first two teams at UK that it may not matter as much that they’re not the best shooting team. I really hope this can be the final product for the upcoming season
