Whatever I want, no limits, no strict rules, zero exercise grind. Imperfect, but vigilant on ingredients. Lost another 69lbs effortless. Ditched CPAP at 245lbs (sleep deep). Quit 6-7 meds + TRT cold. Natural T rebound (labs soon). Joints/joints better at 40 than ever. Hunger gone—body craves, not brain addiction. Deeper faith guided it. Another engineered op exposed.
