'BE SINCERE FIRST, BEFORE JOINT TALKS' China said its "door to dialogue" on joint oil and gas development in the South China Sea remains open, but told the Philippines it must first "demonstrate sincerity" before negotiations can resume.

After some research on the alleged accomplishments of Sara Duterte, here’s my analysis and what I found. 1. You Can Be VP ❌ FIVE (5) students lang ang beneficiaries after four (4) years? Hahaha may mali dito. 😂 2. Kalusugan Food Truck ❌ In an earlier COA audit (2024), issues were flagged with inventory mismanagement under welfare goods programs, including foods nearing expiration or not accounted for in storage. MISSING?! This was part of broader observations on improper liquidation of welfare goods (nearly ₱65 million across related items). 3. Pagbabago Campaign ❌ The 2023 COA audit flagged “incomplete guidelines and procedures” for beneficiary identification (e.g., schools and grade levels), inventory management, and distribution of school bags/learning materials/dental kits. It was one of two programs (along with Mag Negosyo Ta’Day) cited for unclear rules and low fund utilization in that year. 4. Mag Negosyo Ta’Day (Livelihood/Entrepreneurship Program) This is the program with the most detailed and repeated COA adverse findings. ⚠️ 2024 COA Audit (released December 2025) ❌ Beneficiaries (128 individuals + 10 NGOs/CSOs) received ₱3.4 million without required assessments of project feasibility and economic viability by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC). This violated the program’s own manual of operations. ❌ No written agreement existed between OVP, DTI, and PDIC for proposal review/endorsement. ❌ COA stated the program’s purposes and objectives “may not [have been] met or achieved.” ❌ Delayed liquidation of grants: As of May 2025, only 14 of 31 grants were fully liquidated; 11 were returned for compliance issues, and 6 remained unliquidated. ❌ Questionable beneficiary selection and insufficient monitoring (e.g., OVP visited only 11 of 83 sampled beneficiaries). ETO ANG PINAKA RED FLAG. ⚠️ 2023 COA Audit ❌ Low budget utilization (only ₱600,000 or 0.4% of the ₱150 million allocation spent by year-end), contributing to observations of unclear results/underspending. ——— Yan na ang accomplishments ni Sara? Haha more like kapalpakan! 👊 #DutertePalpak

(📸: Patreng Non/Facebook)

@ericab17619 Worst president ever. The only Filipino charged with CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY. In other words, he is a VERY EVIL person. All future generations in his lineage will have the distinction of having a criminal DNA in their blood! It's good he is rotting in jail!

Sen. Robin Padilla dropped the ultimate truth bomb: If there is one man we can truly call the “pinaka-Pilipino” among all Filipinos, it is former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte! The man who had the balls to put the Philippines first — fought the drug menace that was destroying our youth, stood up to foreign bullies in the West Philippine Sea, built infrastructure that actually moved the country forward, and made Filipinos proud to be Filipino again. While yellow hypocrites and trapos cried “human rights” from their air-conditioned palaces, PRRD sacrificed everything to clean the streets and restore order. That’s real love for country — not the fake virtue-signaling of those who sold us out to globalists and oligarchs. Robin Padilla is right. Duterte is the epitome of Filipino courage, resilience, and unapologetic patriotism. The kind of leader who doesn’t bow, doesn’t kneel, and doesn’t apologize for protecting his people. To the Duterte-haters still seething in 2026: Keep coping. Your endless attacks only prove how terrified you are of the Duterte legacy that continues to inspire millions. The “pinaka-Pilipino” spirit lives on — in Sara Duterte and every true patriot who refuses to let the Philippines be trampled again. Mabuhay si Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte! Mabuhay ang tunay na Pilipino! #DuterteLegacy #PinakaPilipino #SaraDuterte #DuterteStrong

This is big: the Philippines - under Marcos (!) - is reopening talks with Beijing on joint oil and gas development in disputed South China Sea (SCS) waters. Talks his own government had unilaterally ended in 2022 to pivot toward Washington, and which fueled the tensions in the SCS during the next few years. So quite literally, the Iran war is making the Philippines pivot back to China. Now tell me again how the Iran war is "China's nightmare"? Between this and the THAAD withdrawal from South Korea, looks like it's making Asia clearly shift in China's favor.

No wonder Filipinos, at home and across the world, continue to stand firmly behind him. His leadership delivered results that people could actually see and feel: safer streets, stronger enforcement of the law, and decisive governance. Critics can argue all they want, but numbers don’t lie. He ended his term with an 84% trust rating - one of the highest in Philippine history. That level of public confidence doesn’t happen by accident; it reflects the experience of millions of Filipinos who felt real change during his administration. You don’t have to agree with every method, but you can’t deny the impact. For many, FPRRD wasn’t just a president - he was a leader who acted when others hesitated, and that’s exactly why his legacy continues to resonate. #DuterteLegacy
