@EmiratesSupport @EmiratesSupport @emirates My flight EK009 was cancelled. Your site says "Contact Support" to rebook, but lines are unresponsive and the online tool to rebook isn't working. Zero communication or help so far. Please advise on how I can actually reach someone to rebook.

Emirates will begin operating a limited number of flights commencing on the evening of 2 March. We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority, and those who have been rebooked to travel on these limited flights will be contacted directly by Emirates. Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified. All other flights remain suspended until further notice. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. Updates will be published on emirates.com and our official social media channels. We would like to thank our customers for their understanding and patience. The safety and security of our passengers and crew remain our highest priority.

@EmiratesSupport Hi! I’m booked on EK009 tomorrow (4 March) from Dubai to London Gatwick at 14:25. My booking still shows “Scheduled” but there is no option allowing check-in but I’ve seen other places where it’s showing as cancelled. Nobody has contacted me. Thanks!

We are in a very vulnerable situation with medical and childcare needs and would appreciate an update asap

All scheduled Emirates flights to and from Dubai remain suspended until 2359hrs UAE time on 4 March, due to airspace closures across the region. Emirates continues to operate a limited number of passenger repatriation and freighter flights on 3 and 4 March.  We are accommodating customers with earlier bookings as a priority on these limited flights. Please do not go to the airport unless you have been notified directly by Emirates, or hold a confirmed booking for these flights. Emirates continues to monitor the situation, and we will develop our operational schedule accordingly. The latest flight updates will be published on our website. Customers are advised to check emirat.es/flightstatus, review the latest operational updates on emirates.com, and check their email for any notifications about changes or cancellations to their flights before travelling to the airport. Hi @EmiratesSupport My flight EK0011 (DXB–LGW, 4 March 02:50) has been marked suspended after previous cancellations. I’m currently stranded with no rebooking option available in the app and call centers unreachable. Please urgently advise on rebooking or rerouting options to Ldn

@EmiratesSupport How is that you can go on your website and book a brand new flight and be the first ones out of Dubai to London if you’re willing to pay the price, but if your flight is cancelled your told to sit and wait? Absolutely disgraceful service from Emirates

@EmiratesSupport @emirates The flight is in 21 hours! So a reply in 24 to 48 hours is useless. By which means will you contact me to attend the airport? My flight is showing on time on the departure board and is scheduled on flight status and in my emirates app. Please advise

Dubai Airports confirms that a concourse at Dubai International (DXB) sustained minor damage in an incident, which was quickly contained. Emergency response teams were immediately deployed and are managing the situation in coordination with the relevant authorities. Four staff sustained injuries and received prompt medical attention. Due to contingency plans already in place, most of the terminals were previously cleared of passengers. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
