10 years ago I was pissing in jars because I was too afraid to leave my room. Now I emcee events, run workshops, and help people reclaim their sovereignty. The distance between those two versions of me wasn't discipline. It wasn't luck. It was a complete rewrite of who I believed I was. I talk about how that actually happens — identity, attention, addiction, freedom. The real mechanics, from someone who lived the whole arc. If that resonates, follow along. And if you just want to talk — I'm always up for a conversation with an interesting person. My DMs are open. Reach out.

@Jiggy_Bantty Weight is respectable but at some point you're going to need to train your grip, so I suggest losing the gloves even if you have to reload temporarily.

I quit pornography by giving myself permission to watch as much as I wanted. I know how that sounds. Stay with me. For years I did what everyone said. Streaks. Rules. Download the blockers, delete the apps, tell a friend for accountability, don't look at anything that might trigger you. I white-knuckled my way to 14 days once. 21 another time. Relapsed every time. The NoFap community told me this was a willpower problem. That I needed more structure, more commitment, harder mode. I believed them. I tried harder. Still failed. It took me a long time to see what was actually happening. Every time I resisted, I was feeding the thing I was resisting. I was treating arousal like a fire alarm — something to be silenced immediately, suppressed, channeled into push-ups or cold showers before it got out of hand. The urgency around it kept growing. The charge kept building. The eventual release kept getting more compulsive. This is what repression does. It doesn't dissolve energy. It pressurizes it. NoFap, for all its good intentions, is just a new and improved version of sexual repression. You're not healing your relationship with your sexuality. You're trading one compulsion for another — the compulsion to use, replaced by the compulsion to abstain. Different behavior. Same unconscious driver. What actually needed to change wasn't the behavior. It was the relationship to the arousal itself. I started to notice something. When I felt aroused and immediately moved to suppress it — do something, anything, to make it stop — I wasn't the one making that choice. The subconscious program was. The reflex was. I was just along for the ride. So I tried something different. I sat with it. Not to indulge it. Not to suppress it. Just to observe what was actually happening in my body when that energy arose. Where it sat. How it moved. What it was actually asking for beneath the noise. At first it was overwhelming. That's the honest truth. Years of charge doesn't discharge quietly. But slowly — through repetition, through patience, through learning to stay present inside a feeling instead of running from it — the grip loosened. The arousal didn't disappear. But my relationship to it changed. It became information rather than emergency. Something to be curious about rather than afraid of. The pornography lost its hold not because I banned it, but because I stopped being afraid of what it stirred up in me. I stopped needing to either feed it or fight it. I could just feel it, acknowledge it, and choose. That's what sovereignty actually means. Not "I haven't watched porn in 90 days." Not another streak to count, another rule to white-knuckle your way through. Just — I am the one who decides. That's the only thing that matters.

I'm looking to connect with people who genuinely enjoy helping others succeed. I don't have anything to sell you (my ICP is NOT founders or the AI tech crowd). But I can help with UX/content design/language decisions, or walk through user flows, talk through ideas, etc.

The healthiest thing in your life can become the problem. I quit drinking. Went straight into the gym — twice a day, six days a week. Looked healthier on the outside. Still running away on the inside. The activity changed. The addiction didn't.
