Запрограммировал два месяца назад фичу в одного. Ну, понятно, было ревью, QA, багов мне там нашли, всё по-взрослому. А тут оказалось, что эта фича в соседнем отделе стоит в плане. Под неё создан проект, назначен project coordinator, прописаны action points, обоснование важности фичи и т. д. Эх, зря я сказал, что всё давно сделано. Надо было выбить финансирование, нанять людей, собрать команду, а потом с помпой отчитаться и получить премию. Не умею работать...

Например, решающим мог быть факт что у котлина есть конкретное юрлицо с которым можно заключить контракт.

In Communist Poland we were always protesting and organizing, despite persecution. I was a member of the resistance during the Martial Law. So I'm shocked by the criminal passivity of the Russian population.
