Wanted fugitive child sex offender Brett Thomas Green, 37, was apprehended and booked into custody by Minneapolis police this afternoon. Being held on a DOC hold (on parole) and probable cause failure to comply with predatory offender registration. Green was just released from prison in December. Prior convictions include 1st degree criminal sexual conduct involving a minor age 13-15, 1st degree home invasion burglary, possession of burglary tools, thefts, and drugs.
