@vimeo all our videos have disappeared and we can't access our account. Haven't heard back from your support all day and it's a critical issue!

@Vimify Your ap and website dont have an FAQ or help section. I want to log in via laptop browser but I created an account via Ap. Can't enter an email in the ap. How can I log into my account on a browser?

@Vimify That's not my issue. My issue is that the account I signed up with via the ap on my phone does not have an email assigned to it, nor is there a place on the ap to enter an email. AND, your website only allows users to log in with an email addy, not the handle from ap
